How to add Watermark on your Video Player?

A video watermark is a visible or invisible identifier—such as a logo, text, or timestamp—embedded into a video to establish ownership, prevent unauthorized use, and reinforce branding. Typically, a faint logo is placed in a corner, often with reduced opacity to avoid obscuring the content. Here, the Cadjin video player editor will automatically reduce the opacity of the logo image to make it look like a watermark on the player. Following steps will help you to add a logo on your video player.

Step-1: Log-in to the Cadjin CMS.

Step-2: In the left side menu, open to the Player section, then go to the Video section. Here you can see previously created custom video player templates (If created earlier).

Step-3: To edit a video player template, click on the Three Dots at the bottom right corner of template box. It will open the option to Edit the Video Player template.

Step-4: In the Player Edior, you can find the Player Screen Editor at the middle section. Here you can see the option to add Watermark on the player. You can upload your Watermark image and adjust the position of watermark on the player as per your requirement. After editing the player control bar, click on the Publish Now button at the top right corner to save the changes.

Note: - The watermark will be visible on the player in the form of a small icon. It will not cover the video content and will be placed either at the Left-Top corner or Right-Top corner of the player.
- Adding watermark on your video player is optional. Use the toggle button to enable/disable the watermark.
